Week 35 Cadair Idris and Salon Prive

This week contained two long tiring days. The first was a climb up Cadair Idris which is one of the Welsh 3 peaks to the south of the Snowdonia range. Not being the fittest, I found it a struggle at first but I was rewarded by the views form the top. 

The second was a long hot summers day at Salon Prive at Blenheim Palace. This is the most luxurious car show in the UK and there was an amazing array of cars on display. SCC paid tribute to the the marshall who unfortunately lost his life at Brands Hatch by lining up orange cars as a mark of respect. 

My grandson Leland was my little helper for the day and was a proper soldier going on for hours in the heat !
