Week 30 Castle Combe Track Day

Castle Combe in Wiltshire hosted the second SCC Track Day of 2021. The day saw a great line up of cars from an Alfaholics GTA to a Bentley Continental GT3R. The weather stayed sunny and warm throughout allowing the drivers to experience they’re cars to the max. It was another opportunity  to use the DJI FPV drone to do some tracking shots of the cars on track. The max speed in sports mode of 60mph enabled me to keep up with the cars in the slower sections of the track. 

On the Sunday Rybrook Mini Shrewsbury held their first Run to the Sun since the Covid lockdown of 2019. 

A great turnout saw 60 Minis decent on Black Rock Sands in North Wales for Bar-B-Qs and names o the beach. The sun and Sea provides a great backdrop for car portraits and I managed to get plenty of shots of the members cars.
